Tuesday – Final Rehearsal Report Times Leads – 5:00 pm Ensembles – 5:30 pm Sound – 5:30 pm Crew – 6:00 pm Chorus – 6:30 pm Rehearsal – 6:30 -8:30 pm Wednesday – In-School Show Report Times 7:30 am Leads - Dropped off early 8:00 am - Ensembles – costumes as soon as able 8:04 am – North Ensembles, crew & chorus bussed to South Ensembles – get into costumes as soon as you arrive. Chorus – warm up in choir room. Go to seats @ 9:15 am 9:15 am – In places for Show 1 – including all South Choir Students 9:30 am – Show 1 10:00 am – Stretch & bathroom if necessary 10:15 am – In places for Show 2 -including all South choir students 10:30 am – Show 2 11:00 am – Everyone reports back to choir room 11:15 am – lunches start Lunch A – all Saturday leads plus normal lunch A people Lunch B – normal B lunch people Lunch C – normal C lunch people All North Choir students must eat during A lunch. Can eat in the choir room with a sub for coverage. 12:15 pm – North Choir students get on bus to South for Show 3 & 4. 12:35 pm –In place for Show 3 - including all North Choir students 12:50 pm – Show 3 1:20 pm – Stretch & bathroom if necessary 1:35 pm – In place for Show 4 - including all North Choir students 1:45 pm -Show 4 2:15 pm – Show 4 done Leads & Ensemble members put costumes away correctly & sit in choir room until end of the day. Need to have a ride home from South @ 3:00 pm 2:20 pm – North choir members & crew – hustle to bus back to North. Go home normal way. South Choir & Crew - sit in choir room & take normal way home. Thursday/Friday Show Report Times 3:00 pm – Leads begin make up & costumes 5:00 pm – Ensembles costumes – make up & hair on your own 5:30 pm – Sound report – give out mics and do sound check 6:00 pm – Crew report – make sure all set pieces & props are in the right places 6:00 pm – Chorus report – warm up in choir room 6:30 pm – all in choir room for pre-show talk 6:45 pm – Everyone in their places 7:00 pm – Curtain 8:15 – 8:45 pm – After Show Leads & Ensembles - Hang up costumes correctly & return to costume rooms, return props to prop room. Sound – collect mics return them to Mrs. Root’s office & collect headsets from crew & put on chargers. Props – count props & hunt down anything missing Runners - move set to Prologue & Act 1 setting Saturday Show Report Times Afternoon Show 10:30 am – Leads - costumes, make-up & hair Noon – Ensembles report – costumes, make-up & hair 12:30 pm – Sound report – hand out mics & do sound check 1:00 pm - Crew report – check set & props 1:00 pm – Chorus report – warm up in choir room 1:30 pm – ALL in choir room for pre-show talk 1:45 pm – Everyone in their places 2:00 pm- Curtain 3:15 pm-3:45 pm Leads & Ensembles -return props to prop room, give mics to Hope, & put garbage bag over your costume to eat dinner. Any parts that are taken off should be hung up on your hanger in the appropriate costume room. Sound – collect mics return them to Mrs. Root’s office & collect headsets from crew & put on chargers. Props – count props & hunt down anything missing Runners - move set to Prologue & Act 1 setting 4:00 pm – Dinner – Leads & Ensembles must stay – Chorus & Crew are invited to stay for dinner but do not have to. If you leave, please report back at the following times: Evening Show 5:00 pm – Leads & Ensembles costumes – touch up make up & hair 5:30 pm – Sound report – give out mics and do sound check 6:00 pm – Crew report – make sure all set pieces & props are in the right places 6:00 pm – Chorus report – warm up in choir room 6:30 pm – all in choir room for pre-show talk 6:45 pm – Everyone in their places 7:00 pm – Curtain 8:15 – 8:45 pm Leads & Ensembles - Hang up costumes correctly & return to costume rooms, return props to prop room & mics to Hope. Sound – collect mics return them to Mrs. Root’s office & collect headsets from crew. Props – get all props collected & ready to be returned Runners - move sets to outside walls so there is room on the stage. “Strike Day” & Cast Party – Wed. Nov. 13 from 3-5 pm @ South. Clean, organize & pack whatever we can. Then eat and share memories with each other. Sign each other’s programs. Parent Strike Help – 5 – 7 pm – take set apart. Order forms will be given out for DVD orders & Cast Pictures at the cast party. |
